oh man I’m sorry, you got lost in the shuffle of submissions, i wish i had seen this sooner! i don’t think i have ANY dinoland submissions in here and my inbox has about 127 messages!
this isnt a submission but i saw the really "out there" "asks" u posted and it wanted me to tell u that, one time when AK was1st opened, the gorilla exhibit didnt always have the chain fence on the rickety bridge, and there was a gorilla sitting very close to us, on a ledge. people waved at him and a CM said "stop waving! its threatening to them!" then the gorilla reached behind him, and threw his "pooh" as us on the bridge. thank god it didnt get anyone, but omg we will never forget that.

On the Star Tours subject, the whole "May the Force be with you, because I won't be" line was NEVER in the speil. It was a line that was thrown in by CMs and NOT by Imagineering or Operations. When Star tours re-opened and they retrained the new opening cast, they made sure to tell folks NOT to use that line as it wasn't even supposed to be used in the first place.

Since when does Disney care about continuity? It's about branding. "May the Force be with you" is like... the catchphrase. And it's in the script, I think was the other anon's point. (Although I won't argue your logic because it is sound, you should know better than to expect the same of Disney)

so let me tell you why i won’t make this one….star tours is set in a time where saying that would get you killed, so they aren’t supposed to say it…so, it goes with the theming for them NOT to.
OMFG!!! This post--->post/16294731465 happened to me when I went to Disney World last May for my now-ex high school's senior trip. There was a group of maybe 15 kids a couple people back in line from me and my friends. Now I didn't mind it when people only do it for a little but there were 5 of them on each door and it was SO LOUD! They didn't speak English and people were tying to ask them to stop and I got so pissed I started yelling at them in perfect Spanish. I'm pretty sure I cursed themout

what is character love and shove?
its when a character is required to meet a certain amount of people in a certain amount of time, usually most noticeable on busy days, they do ‘love and shove’ which is, when you walk up, they wave, they pull you in immediately for a photo and then send you off all within like, 30-45 seconds and do not take the time to interact much with you

ONLY approx 6k at MK? That's actually shocking. But does that include those who work in the utilidoors as well? I know during Traditions we were told WDW employed 66,000 people approximately and that was back in June
yeah its 66,000 total in all of disney world, including all the resorts, all the parks, downtown disney, EVERYTHINGGGG…couldnt tell you if that includes the tunnel CMs…but there really aren’t THAT many down there, a few hundred maybe…not enough to make a dent in the total number

I went through almost everything here and I laughed really loud when I saw "Brazilians" in a random post. I was in line for Soarin and the guy in front of me was complaining about brazilians, and when he looked back me and my friends were laughing so hard, because we speak english. I don't think I've seen anyone as embarrassed as that guy :DDD Great blog, totally worth the follow :DDD

I'm going to Disney World on the 29th and arriving on the 30th. I'm drivin down from Michigan. I've been there like 8 times, and I've experienced all of those, except the ones based in DisneyLand. Haha. Will YOU be in Disney World that week?

i love your blog! these are problems i face almost everytime i go to disney!! my biggest problem i can't stand at disney though is cheerleaders and the big Brazil tour groups that run up and get in front of you as you are walking into a line! it automatically makes your wait like 30 minutes longer haha
